| 摘 要： | 近些年来我国陆续出台并频繁修改环境法律，但是环境法律实施的效果却不明显，这和环境法律有深厚的科技意蕴密切相关。环境法律规制社会现实的思路与路径上具有科技性，很多环境法律规范就是技术性规范，科学的发展增进了对环境法律因果关系的认识，科技的进步更新了环境法学知识、拓宽了环境法调整的领域。我们应该充分认识与高度重视环境法律的科技内因性，从而完善环境立法和增强环境法律实施的效果。
