“契约性”社会自治的限度与超越——市民社会的政治生态诉求

日益脱离政治国家获得自主、独立的市民社会,因它过分理性化、个体化、差异化以及市场化等多重因素的影响,其“契约性”社会自治功能的发挥是极为有限的;要实现对其自治功能限度的超越,不在于重新恢复传统政治国家的统治,而在于建立与市民社会良性发展要求相适应的政治生态。因而,从政治生态的理论视野出发,理性分析“契约性”社会自治的限度及其可能的超越途径,这无疑具有重大的理论价值与深远的现实意义。

The Limits and Surmount of Contracted Social Autonomy's Function--The Political-Ecosystem Imprecation to Civil Society

Escaping from the political nation to acquire the independence increasingly,the social autonomy function of civil society is extremely limited because of its many factors such as excessively reasonableness,the individuation,difference and marketing etc;To realize the surmount to the limits of autonomy function,it doesn't mean resume the traditional political nation,but lies in the establishment of political ecosystem according to the request of civil society;As a result,it has important theoretical worth and profound realistic meaning for us to analyze the limits of the social autonomy function and the possible surmount path from the visual field of political-ecosystem.
