| 摘 要： | 在技术创新过程中,取得和利用著作权应是技术创新主体,是企业必须追求的重要目标。作为技术创新主体,不仅应对取得、利用、管理和保护著作权的时间、方式和地域等问题做出保护性战略选择,而且还应在机构、人员、制度和手段等方面选择或采取一系列保护策略。

| Abstract: | In the process of technological innovation, obtaining and utilizing copyrights should be one of the main subjects for the technological innovation, the important goals enterprises must pursue. As the subjects of the technological innovation, protective strategy choice must be made as to the time, mode and the zone in obtaining, utilizing, managing and protecting the copyrights. And a series of protective strategies must be chosen and undertaken in such aspects as organization, personnel, institution and means. |
