论情商与新闻记者成才

传统观点认为人的成才只与智商有关。情商概念的提出,揭示了影响人成才的另一个重要因素。新闻报道必须建立在采访的基础上,采访就是新闻记者与采访对象面对面地交流,而这种交流必须建立在情绪情感的基础上。新闻采写要想成功,要求记者善于把握和控制自己的情绪情感,善于揣摩和驾驭采访对象的情绪情感,要有强承受逆境和挫折的能力。

ON EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT AND SUCCESS OF A JOURNALIST

A traditional conception displays that the progress of being a successful man is only related to Intelligence Quotient（IQ）.The appearance of conception of emotional intelligence discovers another important factor which can affect the growth ofhuman-being.News report must be based on interview,which is a kind of face to face communication between journalists andinterviewees,however,the communication should be rely on the emotions.An excellent interview requires journalists being goodat understanding and controlling his emotions;furthermore it requires them being good at fathoming and adjusting interviewee＇semotions,then they should have the ability to triumph over adversity and surmount difficulties.
