| 摘 要： | 1879年10月建立的德奥同盟是在德俄关系恶化的情况下,德国为了维护普法战争结束后对自己有利的欧洲格局而与奥地利签订的双边条约.1890年俾斯麦下台后,德皇威廉二世开始推行"世界政策",这一条约的本质也发生了根本变化.因此,把1879年的德奥同盟说成是德国发动第一次世界大战的主要的外交工具是不确切的.

| Abstract: | Germany entered into an alliance with Austria for it's favourable situation in Europe after the war between Prussia and France when the relationship between Germany and Russia got worse.When Bismarck left office in 1890,this treaty was completely changed.Therefore ,the alliance between Germany and Austria established in 1879 may not be regarded as the major diplomatic means of Germany in World WarI. |
