| 摘 要： | 低碳消费是实现低碳经济的重要环节。在阐明我国开展城市低碳消费评价研究的重要性基础上,建立了城市低碳消费主体--功能结构三维模型,根据该三维模型设计了城市低碳消费评价调查问卷,最后运用可拓法以北京为例进行了城市低碳消费评价实证研究。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon consumption is the key link in low-carbon economy.This paper clarifies the importance of low-carbon consumption research and the 3-D structure model of main body-function in urban low-carbon consumption is built.According to the structure model,a questionnaire is designed for the evaluation of urban low-carbon consumption.With the extension method,an empirical research is made on the evaluation of urban low-carbon consumption in Beijing. |
