| 摘 要： | 分析了廉价政府与行政成本的相关性,阐释了我国行政成本过高的观念、动力、管理方面的原因,提出通过树立正确的政绩观念,强化法制意识;推行公共服务市场化,积极开展政府绩效评估;推进政府管理机制创新,构建公共财政框架等相应的解决策略。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the relationship between the cheap government and the low administrative costs;it explains the cause of the high administrative costs such as concept,forces,management.This article also gives the solving strategy,for example,establishing the correct concept,strengthening legal awareness;implementation of market-oriented public service,carrying out assessment of government performance actively;reforming the government management innovation,promoting new public finance framework. |
