| Abstract: | With the development of the state-owned economy since the 15th Conference of CCPC, the state-owned enterprises, the representation of the state-owned econorny, have now reached a stage of further reform. This article holds that the key point to reform the state-owned enterprises lies in building enterprise groups and freeing minor-medium enterprises. |
