| 摘 要： | 作为中国历史上第一部社会主义类型的宪法,五四宪法具有很高的立宪成就。我国现行宪法的基本精神同五四宪法一脉相承,甚至某些条文都保持和恢复了五四宪法的原貌。这体现了五四宪法在我国宪政建设中的价值所在。五四宪法从其立宪目的、立宪主体、立宪程序、立宪实质等方面都充分体现了宪政精神。

| Abstract: | As the first constitution of socialism in China, the May4 constitution has a striking achievement of constitutinalism. Our current constitution spirit has derived from the May 4,constitution, even some have maintained and refreshed the archetype of it. Thus it reveals the value of May 4, Constitation in our constitutional government. May 4, Constitution has expressed completely the constitntionalism in its constitutionalism aim,main body,procss and nature, etc. |
