特色学科在地方高校发展中的作用及发展模式

与国内一流高校相比，地方高校在资金、师资、生源等方面资源获取上处于不利地位。从相关地方高校发展的实践来看，地方高校的发展必须以特色学科建设为突破口，通过特色学科带动整个学校的学科建设，提升学校的竞争力水平，增强服务地方经济的能力以及提高毕业生的就业率。在对特色学科概念和特色学科在地方高校发展中的作用进行分析后，根据地方高校的特点提出了在发展特色学科中应有的模式选择。

Study on the Role and Development Mode of Excellent Disciplines in the Development Process of Local Colleges and Universities

Compared with first-class universities, local colleges and universities are disadvantageous in the access to resources, capital, teachers and student resource. The development practice of the relevant local colleges and universities show that local colleges and universities must be based on the development of excellent disciplines as a breakthrough, which will lead the entire school＇ s academic disciplines, enhance the schools＇ competitiveness, and strengthen the capacity of serving the local economy and improve graduates＇ employment rate. In this paper, we analyze the concepts of features and characteristics of excellent disciplines and their role in the development of the local colleges and universities. Then we propose the development modes of excellent disciplines based on the characteristics of local colleges and universities.
