| 摘 要： | 为了探掘维吾尔古籍《福乐智慧》中蕴含的性健康思想,采用文献研究方法,以探讨维吾尔民族中世纪的健康思想与行为准则。结论认为《福乐智慧》主张“性繁衍”的民族发展思想,提倡“性节欲”的养生思想,强调“性理智”的调控思想。该书同时也是一部维吾尔民族发展史上具有性健康启示意义的经典之作。

| Abstract: | In order to explain the health consciousness and behavior guidelines of Uygur Nation in the middle ages,the thought of sexual health in the ancient book of Uygur Nation named "Happiness and Wisdom" is studied.The book "Happiness and Wisdom" reflects three thoughts of sexual health,the first is the development thinking to advocate "sexual reproduction",the second is to promote the recuperating ideas of "sexual abstinence",and the third is to stress the regulating ideas of "sexual rationality".It is concluded that the "Happiness and Wisdom" is also a classical work in the history of Uygur Nation which has health-enlightening significance. |
