| 摘 要： | 在城市中心区进行医院的改建扩建规划设计时，要结合环境，在限制中寻找突破，围绕功能需求，兼顾医疗服务，分步实施，并可持续发展。文章结合一个实际工程的设计，对此进行了阐述。
