| 摘 要： | 大学生劳动权益的保护是一个非常重要却容易被忽视的社会问题，目前大学生劳动权益的保护现状不容乐观：文章主要就在校大学生实习、打工的过程中如何依法维护其劳动权益的问题进行探讨并就问题成因及解决对策进行分析。

| Abstract: | The protection of university students＇ labor rights and interests is a very important but ignorable social problem. In the current situation, this problem is not optimistic. In this paper, the author mainly discusses how to protect the rights of university students during their internships and part-time jobs and puts forward the causes and corresponding countermeasures of this issue. |
