| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是转变人们观念,提高人们思想的重要措施和途径,是政治工作的主要形式,是政治战线的主阵地。当前,整个世界处于大变革、大发展的时期,人们的思想承受着多元文化带来的冲撞。和谐社会企业思想政治工作更应根据变化的形势和企业的实际,强化内涵不做虚功,以适应新时代、新形势、新任务的需要。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education are changing people＇ s ideas, to raise awareness of the important thought of measures and means, are the main form of political work, are the main front of the political front . At present, the whole world in a major change, a period of great development. People＇ s thoughts are undertaking the impact brought about by multi - cultural. The ideological and political work of harmonious society should be based on changes in the actual situation and to strengthen the connotation of doing virtual work, in order to adapt to the new time, the new situation and new tasks. |
