| 摘 要： | 近现代科学的技术本质使得“技术哲学”、“工程哲学”等可以纳入“科学哲学”之中，传统科学哲学所面临的学理困境以及现象学的强大影响已促成现象学科学哲学的兴起。包含着“技术哲学”和“工程哲学”的现象学科学哲学通过其独特的解构、指引和构造方法，超越纯粹的认识论一方法论层面，从生存论一存在论的角度探讨关于科学的种种哲学问题。现象学科学哲学已然形成一定的声势，但其进一步的发展需要宽松的学术环境和厚重的原创性研究。

| Abstract: | The concept of ＂philosophy of science＂ can cover ＂philosophy of technology＂ and ＂philosophy of engineering＂ because of the technological essence of science. The puzzledom of traditional philosophy of science and the influence of phenomenology caused the rise of phenomenological philosophy of science, which studies abundant philosophical questions about sciences from existential-ontological perspective,rather than epistemological-methodological one by method of destruction,indication and existential construction. Although it has gained a certain momentum in Chi- na,the further deveoplment still requires a relaxed academic environment and a deep and original research. |
