摘 要: | 教学思维能力是一个“好教师”的主要特征,本文基于教学思维能力的层次、内涵,研究高校教师教学思维能力的素质特征,提出高校教学改革的目标是第四层次教学思维能力的构建。

Abstract: | The teaching thinking abilities is a key feature of a "good teacher",this paper study the quality competence of teachers who have teaching thinking abilities based on the level and meaning of the teaching thinking abilities,and it show that the education reform goal is the Fourth level in colleges and universities. |
