| Abstract: | The teaching thinking abilities is a key feature of a "good teacher",this paper study the quality competence of teachers who have teaching thinking abilities based on the level and meaning of the teaching thinking abilities,and it show that the education reform goal is the Fourth level in colleges and universities. |
