It will take practical significance to fulfill the modernization of scientific research management information with database and Internet technology, to raise the working level of the scientific research management in universities, and to better serve the innovation in science and technology. Therefore, this paper introduces the development, practical technology and methods of scientific research management information system in colleges. |
