“文化人”假设与大学校园文化价值诉求

文化的实质是人的本质力量对象化。大学校园文化的建构、变迁和发展与“校园人”主体实践紧密相关。基于西方人性假设理论，从“文化人”假设的人本主义精神实质着手，分自主的人、观念的人、全面的人和创新的人四个层面对当代大学校园文化价值诉求进行探讨，并在实践向度上提出了加强环境文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化建设等可行性措施。

Assumption of Intellectuals and Value Demands of Campus Culture

An essential characteristic of culture is defined as objectification of the essence of man. The construction and development of campus culture is closely linked with the practice of students and staff of a university. Based on the theory of the application of human nature assumption, the paper starts with the intellectuals, ranging from ＂independent ones concept ones all-round ones＂ to ＂innovative ones＂, analyzes the value demands of campus culture nowadays and brings forward some concrete suggestions to strengthen the construction of environmental culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture and moral culture.
