| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了新经济的内涵与特征 ,分析了新经济发展对企业跨国经营的深刻影响 ,提出了跨国经营企业面对新经济发展带来的环境和生产方式巨变的挑战 ,必须在企业发展战略、生产组织方式、竞争优势的建立、经营策略、营销管理和组织结构诸方面进行管理创新。

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the connotation and characters of the new economy. Then, it analyzes the influence of new economy on an enterprise's transnational operation in respects such as the enterprise's operational environment, international flow and allocation of production factors, transnational operation strategy and tactics and the enterprise's managerial system and operational mechanism. Finally, it puts forward some measures for enterprises to meet the unprecedented challenge caused by the new economy. That is, they should innovate in corporate development strategy, operational tactics, marketing management and organizational structure. |
