| 摘 要： | 随着市场对物流人才需求的持续升温,高职高专院校对物流专业实践教学体系的构建已迫在眉睫。适应物流经济发展过程中对人才需求的客观要求、实践教学与理论教学紧密结合、注重学生职业能力的全面培养是构建实践教学体系应遵循的三大原则。推进以就业为导向的实践教学目标,完善实践教学内容的设计与管理,大力开展＂项目教学法＂、＂案例教学法＂,组织学生参加全国竞赛是其实现途径。

| Abstract: | With increasing market demand for logistics talents,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to reconfigure practical education system of logistics specialty.There are three rules to be followed to reconstruct the system,including meeting the objective demand for talents with the development of logistics economy,combining the practice with the theory,paying more attention to cultivating students＇ professional abilities.These rules can be realized by pushing the practical teaching goal for job-hunting,perfecting the design and management of the teaching content,carrying on ＂the project teaching method and the case teaching method＂ and organizing students to take part in national competitions. |
