浅谈高职院校学生管理工作现状及对策研究

随着经济全球化、信息网络化的日益发展,我国高职院校面临的新问题层出不穷。面对新形势、新挑战,多年来形成的较为单一的高职学生管理机制面临严峻挑战。针对高职院校学生的特点,采取主动占领网络思想政治教育阵地,加强校园文化建设,改进社会实践工作,加强心理健康教育等措施是加强高职学生的教育管理,以确保培养目标顺利实现的可能性方法。

Current Status and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students Management

With economic globalization and information networking,new problems emerge in an endless stream at higher vocational colleges in China.Take the simple student management system for example,it is being in great challenge at present.In order to achieve the training objective smoothly,vocational college should,in accordance with the students＇ characteristics,take the following countermeasures： actively improve network ideological and political education;strengthen campus culture construction;deepen social practice;and improve psychological health education.
