| 摘 要： | 生态移民是国家为改善生态环境、消除区域性贫困而实施的重要战略。中国西部牧区是该战略实施的重点区域,由于其生态环境修复难度大、移民规模大、时间空间跨度大,使得移民的安置及后续发展问题成为生态移民战略实施的关键。本文分析西部牧区生态移民进程中存在的问题,探讨促进迁出地生态环境恢复,以及迁入地移民生产、生活可持续发展的可行性对策,在保障移民生活富足的基础上实现生态、经济、社会的协调发展。
