辽宁国企改革的思考与对策

以邓小平同志南巡讲话和党的十四大为标志 ,国企改革进入了机制转换、制度创新的新阶段 ,它确立了国企改革的方向是建立现代企业制度 ,就意味着中国企业体制是在向着世界上公认的最理想、最高效的制度迈进。近年来 ,中国经济在经受了亚洲金融危机、美国 9·11事件冲击以及国际经济贸易增速趋缓等不利因素的影响之后 ,仍能保持快速健康的发展势头 ,国有经济起了不可估量的重要作用 ,对于辽宁这个老工业基地来说 ,面对加入世贸的挑战 ,面对新的经济腾飞时期 ,国企改革更有其特殊重要的作用

The thinking and countermeasures about reform of national enterprises in Liaoning

With the speech which Deng Xiaoping made on inspection tour of the southern part of the country and the Fourteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as symbol,the reform of national enterprises has entered the new stage of mechanism transformation and system innovation,which established that the direction of national enterprises' reform:setting up modern enterprise system.Selecting this system means Chinese enterprise system is advancing to the system which is the most ideal and efficient in the world.After it has been influenced by unfavorable factor of Asian financial crisis,American incident on September the eleventh and international economic trade's slow increase in recent years,the Chinese economic still develops quickly.This is an important function of national economy.Liaoning ,the old industry base is facing the challenge China has joined WTO and the new period ,the reform of national enterprises is of great special importance.
