房地产信贷问题的几点思考

近年来,政府相继出台了住房金融、培育和规范住房交易市场等一系列方案,但个人住房贷款业务运行过程中仍然存在诸如职工收入与房价不成比例,房价结构不合理,住房信贷政策不合理等问题.针对这些问题,结合我国居民实际收入情况,建设性地提出理顺住房价格机制,促进房地产需求回升;创造个人信贷政策的宽松环境,以此拉动住宅消费等发展策略,从而达到优化个人住房信贷结构,推动个人住房信贷的更快发展.

Some Random Thoughts about Real Estate Credit

With the national housing system reform in recent years, the central government has issued a series of schemes on housing finance to foster and standardize housing exchange correspondingly and taken active measure on finance, tax and banking, thus creating good policy environment for comprehensive starting and development of real estate market, especially housing market. However lots of problems still exist in personal housing credit business operation. Through discussing these questions and utilizing comparable data, we can optimize personal housing credit structure and advance its more rapid development.
