| 摘 要： | 从教育的视角来审视性教育问题,在参考了中外文献的基础上,对性和性教育的概念做出了界定。并进一步对性教育的理念进行了阐述,认为作为教育的性教育是一种观念教育、人格教育、素质教育,它必然超越性知识、学校教育和青春期性教育的局限。

| Abstract: | This paper studies sex education from the educational angle and defines the concepts of sex and sex education after consulting Chinese and foreign countries' literature. Moreover, the paper expatiates on the idea of sex education. As education it considers the sex education is a kind of concept education, personality education and all-round education. And it must exceed sex knowledge, school education and period of adolescence. |
