| 摘 要： | 现代社会对孝文化精神的强烈诉求与孝文化现代语境中遭遇的发展困境,使孝文化陷入尴尬境地。孝文化急需现代转向,找准孝文化与现代社会的契合点尤为关键。随着传统社会向现代社会转型,孝文化的单向传承方式不再是主流,孝文化更多地表现为一种本土文化资源,挖掘其社会效益和经济效益,将其创造性地转化为法律制度的保护对象、经济发展的产业模式和社会治理的多元形式等,都是孝文化在现代语境中可持续发展的路径。
