我国自然保护区建设与周边社区的和谐发展

在建设和完善自然保护区的构建过程中,如何辩证地处理资源保护与社区发展之间的关系,乃是当今世界生物多样性保护的一个热点,同时也是一个难点,它是当今世界生态环境保护和可持续发展主题在生态多样性保护领域的具体化。立足于对自然保护区与周边社区发展过程中诸多问题进行分析,在此基础上提出了相应对策,以求更好地实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的多边共赢。

Construction of Domestic Natural Reserves and Harmonious Development of Surrounding Communities

In the construction and perfection of national reserve,it is a hotspot and a hard nut for the diversified ecological protection throughout the world to handle properly the relationship between the protection of resources and the harmonious development of surrounding communities.It is also the concrete realization of the theme of world ecological protection and sustainable development in the field of diversified ecological protection.Based on an analysis to the problems in the construction of natural reserves and the development of surrounding communities,this paper puts forward concrete measures to realize the multilateral benefits,including ecological,economic and social benefits.
