| 摘 要： | 以陆荣廷、桂系为代表的武力派,在1918年军政府改组问题上,与国会政派的政治较量,既彼此冲突,又时有合作,体现了中国由专制向民主过渡的转型时期,武力派与国会政派各有优势,宗旨利害交互作用,彼此牵制,以及武力政治与政党政治交织渗透的政治特点.
