| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国社会转型时期出现的特有社会现象,农民工问题是当前我国社会所面临的突出社会问题之一。通过对我国农民工政策的演变及其原因的分析,认为我国未来农民工政策的重点应从为进城务工的农民创造公平、宽松环境逐步转向促进农民工向工人和城市市民的彻底转化。

| Abstract: | The problem of peasant workers, as a special phenomenon in the transformation period of society, is one of the most serious problems in nowadays society. The author, by analyzing the evolution and the cause of peasant worker policy, draws the conclusion that the emphasis of future policy is on the shift from the construction of fair and free environment for peasant workers to their thorough transformation to workers and citizens. |
