Abstract:The Market will be changed to the buyer's market from the seller's market in the future. Customers are now the focus of many enterprises. Customer loyal degree and satisfaction degree are the key to the success of any enterprise. Those who can offer more value to the customers will win in the fierce competition at last, therefore be the winner in the long run.
