| Abstract: | Enterprise merger and acquisition, a kind of enterprise behavior in market economy, is an important way for enterprise development and expansion. Along with the establishing and perfection of modern enterprise system, enterprise merger and acquisition are also developing very quickly. This paper analyses the problems in the course of merger and acquisition and comes up with the corresponding countermeasures. |
