| Abstract: | The poor operation of state owned enterprises is a world wide problem. The reforms of state owned enterprises must rely on the perfect social security system as its powerful backing. Share holding system and share cooperation system are the orientation of state owned enterprise reforms. The rational thinking about these issues will be beneficial to the development in depth of the state owned enterprise reforms of China. |
