| 摘 要： | 个体的道德动力应作为一个伦理学概念提出 ,并从内在道德动力、外在道德动力以及内外道德动力的结合上加以研究。个体的内在道德动力由物质驱动力和精神驱动力构成 ,个体的外在道德动力由外在激励力和外在惩罚力构成。实现外在道德动力和内在道德动力量与质的整合 ,才能不断增强个体的道德动力 ,造就具有自律精神的道德个体。

| Abstract: | In this article, morality power of the individual is presented as an ethics concept. It is studied from the aspects of inner morality power, external morality power, and the combination of both. Inner morality power of the individual consists of motivity for material and spiritual enjoyment,while external morality power of the individual part consists of encouraging power and punishment power. Only by the realization of both morality powers with their enforcement and conformity, can the morality power of the individual be strengthened fundamentally. |
