信息化社会与网络教育

摘    要:信息技术使教育在国民经济中的地位发生了质的变化 ,使“学习型社会”随之发展 ,对教育提出了严峻的挑战 ,为教育现代化提供了机遇。网络教育是信息化社会的重要标志 ,是教育现代化的突破口。网络教育的技术基础主要应有三个部分组成 ,即网络教育系统、网络教育软件和网络教育形式。教育学院担负着中小学教师继续教育的任务。积极探索网络继续教育的新途径是教育学院面向新世纪的重大战略决择。

Abstract:Information technology has qualitatively changed the position of education in the national economy. It provides good opportunities for the modernization of education and the corresponding development of a learning|type society, and at the same time, offers a severe challenge for education. Net education is a significant indication of information society and a breakthrough of the education modernization as well. The technology bases of net education consist of three main parts: net education system, net education software, and net education framework. Colleges of education take on the task of continuous education for teachers from primary schools and high schools. Therefore, the proble into new ways of net education will be their most important strategic decision in the new century.
