摘    要:分析了高校教师流失的原因。认为:高校要树立以师为本的观念;创造一个关心人才、尊重人才的环境;人事分配制度改革要向教学科研人员倾斜;强化思想政治工作,稳定教师队伍。从根本上解决教师队伍的流失问题。

Abstract:This paper explores the reasons for the loss of university teachers and introduces the new idea that teacher comes first.This paper suggests several countermesures against this problem.For example,to create an environment of caring and respecting the person with ability;The distribution system of personnel should be feformed in favor of teachers;strengthen the ideological education;stabilize teacher ranks in order to solve this problem.
