| 摘 要： | 杨度是民国初年政坛上引人注目的人物,他力倡君主立宪政体,组织筹安会,效劳于袁世凯的洪宪帝制活动,一直为学术界所诟病。通过重新考察杨度提出君主立宪主张的动机,我们认为:虽然杨度提出并企图推行的是救不了国的救国方案——“君主立宪”政体,但他从研究中国国俗民情出发,探索何种资产阶级政体符合中国实际,这是科学的态度,我们不应该因其救不了国的主张而一笔抹杀他的救国之志。

| Abstract: | Yang Du,an important figure in the early years of the Republic of China( 1912 - 1949), promoted an institutional monarchy and organized the Chou An Society. His devotion to Yuan Shikai' s restoration of monarchy has long been denounced by scholars.In this paper, Yang's motive to propose an institutional monarchy is examined.What he proposed couldn' t save China, but he tried to find out, on the basis of the conditions of then China, a government system of capitalism appropriate to China. His attitude is scientific and his ambition to save the country should t be neglected. |
