| 摘 要： | 中国古代私学能长期存在有着多种原因：其一，封建自然经济是中国古代私学长期存在的根本原因；其二，迎合封建专制统治是私学长期存在的前提条件；其三，私学自身不断发展完善及其灵活的办学方式是私学长期存在的体制原因；其四，私学教师的作用是中国古代私学长期存在不可忽视的一个方面。

| Abstract: | There were some reasons why Chinese ancient private schools existed for a long time： the fundamental reason was the feudal natural economy; its precondition was that it met the feudal autocratic rule; on the system, the private schools had continuous development and flexible way of running; and the teacher＇s affect could not be ignored. |
