| Abstract: | This paper takes technological innovation human resources motivation between enterprises which have the basic same condition of business as random phenomenon.By applying the theory of stochastic processes and Markov Chain,sets up a stochastic model on technological innovation human resources motivation.The model is suitable in talented people forecast in short-term and medium as well as long-term,and control of actual talented person. |
