| 摘 要： | 大学生作为特定的社会群体,其情绪智力处于重要发展阶段。采用整群随机取样、情绪智力九要素结构量表等方法对200名大一学生的情绪智力特征进行考察,结果显示:总体上,大一学生情绪智力呈现积极的发展趋势;内部结构上,大一学生情绪认知水平优于情绪调节水平,情绪调节水平优于情绪表达水平;大一学生的情绪智力发展存在一定的性别差异和专业差异。

| Abstract: | The college students, as a special group, their emotional intelligence development is on an important stage.Based on this, using 9-factor Emotional Intelligence Scale, 200 freshmen were selected by randomized block sampling and tested. The results show that the emotional intelligence of freshmen tend to be positive in general, but the development of the inner construction was unbalance.The level of emotional awareness takes precedence over the level of emotional regulation meanwhile the level of emotional regulation takes precedence over emotional expression and appraisal; there are some differences in majors and gender in the emotional intelligence of freshmen. |
