| Abstract: | HenryⅤis the image of the ideal monarch by Shakespeare.He is also a changeable and complex character and a combination of various characteristics.There are reflections of religious and life experience of Shakespeare himself in the Age of Victoria.This paper expound HenryⅤ combined with the setting of the Bible from three aspects,namely,the national hero,the chosen person by God and the common person. |
