谈谈北仑城区建设构想

北仑城区建设作为整个宁波现代化国际港口城市的一部分,必须按照现代化国际港口城市的标准,纳入规划,搞好发展,加强管理,塑造形象。首先必须在思想上珍惜开发开放步入新时期的绝佳机遇,理清思路,加大开发建设的力度,搞好城区建设．在规划设计上,按现代化港城目标要求,高起点,富规划,走整体、宏观、超前之路,体现现代港城特点,体现当代民族风格。走“人民城市人民建,人民城市人民管,人民城市人民护”的路子,使城区“发展、建设、管理、服务”四大功能统一协调,从而推进港城建设向现代化国际水平迈进。
