先验：知性通向逻辑之路？——康德先验逻辑的逻辑命运与认知出路

康德将逻辑视为＂先验的＂而非＂先天的＂,在于排除逻辑的经验性,同时又要保持逻辑与经验的联系性,试图寻找到一条人把握逻辑的道路。因此康德的先验逻辑并没有给出逻辑是怎样的,而是在刻画一种逻辑认知能力,在建构内嵌于人之能力之中的逻辑,在回答人何以具有逻辑的知识与信念。人何以具有逻辑的知识与如何把握逻辑不属于逻辑所要关注的问题,这必然使康德的先验逻辑失去在逻辑上的地位,这一点可能是康德自己也没有想到的,命名为先验逻辑却在逻辑上没有得到应有的位置。但康德的先验逻辑在对人的认知结构图景、人如何通达理性等方面做出的尝试却远远超越了逻辑上的意义,它使我们的视角从外在的、客观的逻辑图景转向人内在的逻辑认知能力图景,试图搭建这两种图景的相互对应性。
