| 摘 要： | 接受美学给翻译研究带来了一个新的研究视角——译文读者接受之维。从接受美学来看,林译小说在晚清的成功主要归功于林纾古雅的文笔、合宜的翻译选材及其中国语境化的翻译方法,这使得译文不仅迎合了当时读者的期待视野,且提升了读者的期待视野。林纾翻译的成功也给当代翻译实践提供了借鉴：译者在翻译时,要站在译文读者的角度来考虑译文的＂可接受性＂和译文的＂异质性＂,要根据读者期待视野与原文文本之间的审美距离来选择翻译策略。

| Abstract: | Reception aesthetics brings a new perspective to translation study——the perspective of readers.Viewed from this angle,the popularity of Lin Shu＇s translation of novels is mainly due to his using ancient Chinese,his suitable choice of source texts and his domesticating translation strategy,which brings the translation and readers into horizontal fusion and enhances the readers＇ horizon at the same time.It also sheds some lights on today＇s translation： in the course of translation,the translator should take the target readers＇ prespective,comprehensibility and foreignness of translated text into consideration and choose the appropriate translation strategies. |
