论中国大学学报现状与改革切入点

近年来,学术期刊界、理论界对大学学报的责难之声不绝于耳。但通过对中国大学学报的历史考察、系列权威数据比对、大学学报功能研究、学报特色反思以及中西方学术期刊比较,明显发现我国的大学学报业绩辉煌;应该科学认识大学学报的使命;我国大学综合性学报的存在是合理的,有其存在必然性;应尊重学报发展规律,所谓"全、散、小、弱",有其客观必然性;与世界水平和发达国家比较,我国的学术期刊不是多了,而是严重匮乏。我国大学学报的出路应该从攸关质量的审稿入手,进行改革。
