| 摘 要： | 大学精神是一所大学在办学实践中结合自身传统、地域文化、时代背景所形成的独特价值追求和行为规范,具有群体凝聚、价值导向、激励鼓舞和环境营造等功能。东北农业大学经过60年的发展,形成了以“艰苦奋斗,自强不息”为核心的东农人文传统,在高等教育激烈的竞争面前,探究东农人文传统的形成和发展,对高校大学精神培育具有借鉴意义。
