Plural-party tort without intention communication is a kind of tort where several people have no communication of intentions in advance,but their infringing acts combine to produce the same damages,which fall into two types: the type with dividable damages and the type with undividable damages.The first type is separate tort in which the infringing parties assume separate liabilities and the later is joint tort in which the infringing parties assume the joint and several liability and sort out their respective contributions between themselves according to their faults or equity.
