大学生“村官”创业再思考

随着我国大学生＂村官＂机制的运行,国家和各地方都积极探索、勇于创新,开拓出了引导和支持大学生＂村官＂创业的新思路——推进大学生村官创业。分析了大学生＂村官＂创业整体模式优势和需改进之处,以此促进大学生＂村官＂在科学、合理选择创业模式,实现自我价值,引导农民积极参与生产经营和带动农民致富的自主创业过程中,完善大学生＂村官＂长效工作机制的退出环节,促进农村经济社会发展,推动我国城乡统筹发展。

Pondering on Innovative Undertaking of College Graduates as "Village Officials"

Along with the mechanism of college student ＂ village officials ＂,both the central and local governments have positively explored and innovated a new idea guiding and supporting the graduate village official to start their business.This paper analyzes the superiority of the undertaking pattern and the problems to improve,in order to promote the college to graduates to choose a scientific,reasonable undertaking pattern.It helps them realize self-value,and meanwhile guide the farmers to participate in the production operation positively and get rich.It also perfects the withdrawal link of Long-run effective working mechanism for college graduates as village officials,promote the rural economic developments,and coordinate social development in urban and rural areas.
