| Abstract: | Nowadays, the crew resource is quite thin; to seek the long-term development, shipping enterprises should have the ability to keep the crew and build a high-quality crew team. The paper analyzed the present situation of the crew market, proposed the human-based management solution, and studied the new mode of the crew management for shipping enterprises. |
