| 摘 要： | "三农"问题关系到我国改革开放和现代化建设的全局,是亟待解决的社会问题。理论界对这一问题高度关注,其研究领域包括:界定"三农"概念,分析形成"三农"问题的制度、体制、结构、人口、权利等因素,探讨解决"三农"问题的对策和途径。研究中显现出的不足,一是缺少农民自身的参与,二是逻辑思路尚须理清,观点尚须统一。

| Abstract: | The problem of "Country,Farmer and Agriculture" concerns the overall situation of the reform and opening and construction of the modernization.And it is a social problem that cries for solution.Internal theory academic circles has a high regard to it,its research ranges include: definition of the problem of "Country,Farmer and Agriculture",factors influencing the formation of it such as the system,structure,population and rights etc.and the such as lack of farmers' participation,different points of views and so on. |
