成人大学生心理健康教育漫谈

随着普通高考的改革和成人高考政策的放松,成人大学生在职学习的本义已几乎不存。大多数成人高校大学生存在着与普通高校大学生相似但又区别甚大的心理健康问题,如心理失衡;妒忌心理;社交障碍;学习障碍;恋爱心理偏离;等,都不可同一而论。在社会文化、家庭教育,学校教育这三大诱因中,社会文化层面的偏见显然占主导地位。因而在成人大学生心理健康维护的社会文化、学校、个体的三大层面,既应齐头并进、又应突出重点。

Discussion on Adult College Students'Psychological Health Education

In terms of psychological health ,most of the adult college students differ from regular college students .The psychological health problems of the adult college students include :psychology unbalance ,social intercourse disorder,learning disorder ,love psychology deviation,etc .In safeguarding their psychological health ,three aspects of education ,namely social culture ,the college and individuality ,should be conducted all at once ,but the main point should be stressed in this connection.
